Inpho Photography - Accounts & Office Administrator

Do you have good communication skills & a head for numbers? Are you self-motivated? Organised? 

 
Inpho Photography are a sports photography agency, based close to Baggot Street Bridge in Dublin 4, and we are currently looking for an Accounts & Office Administrator to join our team for a maternity leave contract. 
This is a busy role in a small office environment.

Duties:

- Answering calls to the office and dealing with clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Looking after company accounts - invoices, bills, statements, chasing payment & dealing with photographers' expenses 
- Organising travel & accreditation for the photographers in conjunction with the Picture Desk
 
The successful candidate:
- Will have a minimum of 2-3 years office administration experience
- Will be used to dealing with the company accounts of an SME
- Will have the ability to work on their own initiative
- Will be a well-organised individual with excellent customer service skills
- Will be trustworthy and have the ability to deal with confidential information
- Experience using the accounts package Quickbooks is a distinct advantage 
- An interest in sport is also an advantage

 Details of the contract:

- Remuneration: €24k per annum
- Annual leave entitlements: 20 days
- Contract duration: minimum 7 month placement & likely to be 10 months, from August 2014 - beginning of June 2015 
- Training: 2-3 weeks training / handover process
