Pictured is Ireland Women’s young star, Aoife Wafer, who today was awarded the Guinness Rugby Writers of Ireland Women’s XV’s Player of The Year. The Wexford native has played a vital role in the success of the Ireland Women’s Senior team across the 2024 Guinness Six Nations in qualifying for WXV 1 in September in Vancouver and the World Cup in England in 2025. The backrow has a bright future ahead.
